# Doctors Canvas

Independently designed, built, and launched an offline-first clinic management SaaS now used by 200+ practising doctors across Bangladesh.

## Context
High-volume clinics need fast prescription workflows that remain usable during internet outages. Doctors Canvas brings prescriptions, patient history, appointments, and the waiting-room queue into one system.

## Engineering
- Built a local RxDB/RxJS data layer that syncs the clinical dictionary to the device, allowing doctors to write and print prescriptions during connectivity outages.
- Designed a keyboard-first prescription interface with intelligent autocomplete and BMDC-compliant letterhead generation.
- Integrated Shifa AI with streamed OpenAI and Google Gemini models through the Vercel AI SDK for patient-history summaries and drug-interaction checks.
- Delivered a longitudinal patient CRM, appointment scheduling, automated queues, and a real-time Patient Queue Display for waiting rooms.

- Prescription completion in under 30 seconds
- End-to-end ownership from architecture to doctor onboarding
